1.Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website, operated by MediPlanta, Sfax, Tunisia. They do not replace the terms of any individual quotation, order confirmation or supply agreement, which take precedence for the products they cover.

2.Business customers only

This website and our offers are intended for business customers and professionals. They are not directed at consumers.

3.Product information

The catalogue and other content describe botanical ingredients and their typical forms and applications for information purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer.

Availability labels such as “Available”, “Confirm sourcing” and “In development” show the current status of a reference and may change. Specifications, quantities, grades and documentation are confirmed in writing in a datasheet, quotation or contract before supply.

4.Enquiries, samples and quotations

Submitting a form, requesting a sample or asking for a quotation is not an order. A contract is concluded only when MediPlanta confirms it in writing. Sample availability, quantities, costs and shipping are agreed individually.

5.Prices and supply terms

Prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, delivery terms (including Incoterms), packaging and documentation are set out in the individual quotation or supply agreement.

6.Regulatory responsibility and no medical claims

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use of an ingredient, and their finished products, comply with the laws and regulations that apply in their target markets.

Nothing on this website is medical, health or regulatory advice. Information about applications describes general market relevance only and does not claim that any product diagnoses, treats or prevents any disease.

7.Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, images, logo, design and catalogue data — is owned by MediPlanta or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print it for your own business purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content systematically (for example by automated scraping) without our permission.
